转炉炉底与炉身连接方式的改进

摘    要:将转炉炉底和炉身的连接方式由活动连接改为固定连接,不仅可以有效解决炉役中后期接缝部位安全问题,而且也可缓解转炉耳轴、堤坡等部位的侵蚀,达到炉衬侵蚀均匀,保证良好的后期炉型,从而有效解决溅渣高炉龄转炉炉型控制问题。同时,还可方便转炉的操作和品种的冶炼,减少打炉底销钉的时间,有利于品种的安排和生产计划的完成。

Abstract:Changing the connecting mode of the converter bottom and body from the movable connection into the fixed one can not only solve the safety problem at the seam portion during mid and late stage of the furnace campaign,but also alleviate the extent of corrosion in the portions of trunnion and slope of the converter so as to make the corrosion of the furnace lining more homogeneously and ensure a better furnace shape in the late stage of the furnace campaign.All these can solve effectively the problem of furnace shape control in a high slag splashing and long service campaign converter.In the meanwhile,the operating process for the converter turns to be more convenient and the pinning time of the furnace bottom can also be reduced to some extent and the arrangement of product variety and production plan of the converter can as well be accomplished successfully.
