| 摘 要： | 针对工业生产领域中常用的齿轮零件，依据渐开线生成的基本原理和理论公式，提出了在Pro／E环境下生成渐开线齿轮轮廓曲线的方法；利用Pro／PROGRAM模块可通过提取、控制渐开线齿轮零件的参数实现其三维参数化设计，同时还可根据零件系列化的特征，以三维零件模板进一步创建零件族表，解决了齿轮齿廓的精确造型和齿轮零件的系列化设计问题，为不同工业产品的参数化、系列化设计提供了参考方法。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the common industry production-wheel gear spare parts,a method of create involuted curves based on theoretical formulas was put forward under the environment of Pro/E.Through withdrawing and controlling the parameters,a parameterized wheel gear could be designed in the Pro/program mold piece.And a wheel gears' family table could be created based on the 3D model.All these solved the questions of the involutedcurves' exactly modeling and wheelgears' series design,and offered thereference of different industry productions' parameterized and series design. |
