永磁立环高梯度磁选机分选弱磁性铁矿试验研究

采用永磁立环高梯度磁选机分选酒钢桦树沟铁矿弱磁性铁矿物，在原矿含铁３３．５３％、细度小于０．０７４ｍｍ占７０％条件下，经分选获精矿品位４７．５４％、回收率７１．５０％。文中还介绍了设备结构及性能特点。

Experimental study of the feebly magnetic iron minerals using high-gradient permanent magnetic separator

The separator test have been done for feebly magnetic iron minerals of Huashugou iron mine(Jiuquan Iion & Steel company) using high-gradient permanent magnetic separator. A concentrate of 47.54% Fe with recovery of 71.50% was obtained when the sample contained 33.53% Fe as a feed. The structure of the separator and technical characteristics were presented in this paper.
