Sn-Pb焊粉的新型旋风分级设备研制

摘    要:对常用旋风分级用于大重度Sn-Pb焊粉难以分级的原因作了分析,提出了改进措施;并对旋风分级机结构进行了改进,研制了新型旋风分级设备。采用新型旋风分级设备分级Sn-Pb焊粉,对分级后最终产品的分级精度、含氧量进行了测定,与原涡轮式气流分级机分级Sn-Pb焊粉所得产品相比,新型旋风分级机设备成本显著下降,分级粉体粒度达到了15μm,含氧量下降了30ppm;具有明显的经济社会效益。

Abstract:The text analyzes the reason why it is hard for normal cyclone-separator to classify Sn-Pb alloy solder powder and presents the methods of improvement. Furthermore, a new cyclone-separator was prepared to classify Sn-Pb alloy solder powder. Then, the diameter of classification was 15um and oxidation rate were decreased 30 ppm . The products classified by the new equipment are much better in quality. In addition, the cost of the equipment can be decreased much and the benefits of society and economy are obvious compared to the turbine superfinec lassifier.
