SCR反应器入口段流场均匀性的数值模拟研究

摘    要:以某火电厂600 MW机组选择性催化还原法(SCR)反应器为对象,采用流体动力学计算软件ANSYS-CFX10.0对7种不同的导流板设计和布置方案进行数值模拟,通过速度矢量图以及引入相对标准偏差的概念,定性和定量分析比较了模拟结果,确定出最优的导流板布置为方案7,可使催化剂层入口处流场均匀性明显提高.

Abstract:Taking the SCR reactor of 600 MW unit in one thermal power plant as the object,seven defferent schemes of baffle plate design and arrangement have been numerically simulated by using the advanced computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS-CFX 10.0.Through speed vector plot and introduction of concept concerning relative standard deviation,the results of simulation have been qualitatively and quantitatively analysed and compared,and the optimal scheme of baffle plate design and arrangement being determined.
