摘    要:以α-Al2O3、TiO2和轻烧MgO为原料,在轻烧MgO含量固定不变的情况下.研究了在1400~1600℃下α-Al2O3和TiO2的加入量对MgO-Al2O3-TiO2材料烧结性能的影响。结果表明:当烧结温度低于1500℃时,随着TiO2含量的增加,Al2O3含量的减少,试样的显气孔率降低,体积密度增加;当烧结温度升高到1600℃时,TiO2的加入使试样的烧结性能稍微变差;且在1600℃保温3h烧后的试样中,随着TiO2含量的增加,Al2O3含量的减少,试样的晶粒尺寸增大,但当Al2O3含量为0时,试样的晶粒尺寸又有所减小。

Abstract:The effect of α-Al2O3 and TiO2 addition the temperature range of 1 400-1 600 ℃ was studied on sintering character of MgO-Al2O3-TiO2 material in by using α-Al2O3,TiO2 and light-burned MgO as raw materials, in the case of changeless content of light-burned MgO.The results indicated that when the temperature is lower than 1 500℃, the apparent porosity of sample decreased and density increased with increasing content of TiO2 and decreasing content of Al2O3. However, when the sintering temperature reached 1 600 ℃, TiO2 could make sample have bad sintering character. When the sample kept warm at 1 600℃ for 3 h before sintering, the grain size increased with increasing content of TiO2 and decreasing content of Al2O3. But when the content of Al2O3 was 0,the sample had smaller grain size.
