薄型工件精加工工艺及视频测量应用技术

摘    要:通过对加工误差理论的分析,提出一种针对薄壁环形零件的精加工工艺,将装夹的定位点设定在薄壁环形零件的轴向上,以规避径向受力.同时延伸数码相机的视频功能,将粗糙度显微仪视场传送至电视屏幕,减少因个人视角造成的读数误差,提高测量精度.并将以上工艺与视频测量技术应用于教学实践中.
