石脑油影子价格及其影响因素分析

利用PIMS软件以某石化企业的生产工艺为例，求解石化企业乙烯裂解和芳烃联合装置的投入产出模型，通过求解出的石脑油边际贡献计算不同石脑油原料的影子价格，分析了石脑油原料资源的稀缺程度、装置配置及产品价格对其影子价格的影响，指出企业石脑油资源稀缺度越大、装置配备越齐全、产品价格越高，石脑油影子价格也就越高。

SHADOW PRICE OF NAPHTHA AND ITS MAJOR INFLUENCING FACTORS

The calculation of the shadow price of naphtha and factors affecting it were discussed. In an integrated unit of ethylene production and catalytic reforming, the marginal contribution of each feedstock stream was calculated by a gross input and output model designed with the aid of Processes Industry Modeling System (PIMS) software. The marginal contribution from various naphtha feedstocks could thus be solved under any operating conditions. The shadow price of various naphtha feedstocks was obtained by adding the corresponding marginal contribution with the raw material purchasing cost. Factors, such as the scantiness of naphtha, the complexity of process and facilities, product price and etc., all affected the shadow price of naphtha. It concluded that the shadow price of naphtha was higher when the naphtha resources became more scant, the production process grew more complicated and the final product price went higher.
