单绕组无轴承薄片电机功率系统的设计

摘    要:针对单绕组无轴承薄片电机定子绕组电流不满足三相约束关系,传统的三相逆变器无法驱动,根据电机径向悬浮力模型和定子绕组电流模型,设计并搭建了一种基于H桥功率模块的多相驱动功率系统.运用单绕组无轴承薄片电机的原理样机系统,成功实现了电机的五自由度全悬浮,包括径向、轴向和扭转方向.实验结果表明,基于H桥模块的功率系统可对电机各绕组进行独立驱动,使得各绕组电流相互无影响,完全满足单绕组无轴承薄片电机的驱动要求.

Abstract:The stator winding currents of single winding bearingless slice motor do not satisfy three-phase relations, and the traditional three-phase inverter is unable to meet the driver demands. According to the radial direction suspension force model and the stator winding current model of single winding bearingless slice motor, a type of multiphase power system based on H bridge power module is designed, constructed and used on the prototype of single winding bearingless slice motor, and through experimental debugging the rotor of prototype motor is suspended at 5 freedom degree including radial direction, axial direction and torsional direction and so on. Experiment results show that each current in the motor winding is driven by the power system based on H bridge module independently, and there is no impact in each current. The driven demand of single bearingless slice motor is met completely.
