有限元反向模拟的新算法

摘    要:针对有限元反向模拟的特点,提出了采用右矩形公式作为近似积分的隐式欧拉方法来进行反向计算,有限元反向模拟新算法的过程跟已有算法相比,不需要几何搜索和迭代,节省了计算时间。采用新算法对航空叶片精锻过程一次成形进行了反向模拟,并与正向模拟进行了比较,结果表明,采用新算法进行的反向模拟与正向模拟是可逆的,从而验证了新算法的可靠性。新算法适用于对大型复杂的非稳态塑性成形过程进行反向模拟。研究结果对实现有限元反向模拟技术的高效计算具有重要意义。

Abstract:Based on the features of backward simulation, a novel algorithm was proposed, in which the right rectangular equation, i. e. implicit Eulerian method, was adopted to approximately integrate. Comparing to the common algorithm, this algorithm does not need geometrical searching and then saves computational time. With the algorithm introduced above, the backward simulation of a single-stage precision forging process of blade was carried out, and the backward simulation results were compared with the forward simulation results. The comparison results show that the backward simulation and forward simulation are reciprocal, which confirmes the reliability of novel algorithm. Furthermore, the algorithm is suitable for the simulation of complex unstable plastic forming proces- ses. The research plays an important role on the implementation of high efficiency computation for backward simulation using FEM.
