Effective Way to Reduce the Procurement Costs of Pipeline Project

This article introduced current status of procurement costs of pipeline project,analyzed main effect factors on procurement costs from 4 aspects,such as project designer,construction party,purchaser and supplier.At the same time,it put forward several effective ways to reduce procurement costs,from the internal enterprises,it should realize the specialization of procurement and logistics team,ensure effective communication between the purchaser and the owner,as well as the designer and construction party.,push centralized purchasing and tendering,fully activate surplus materials,reasonably set transshipment station and optimize logistics.For the outside enterprises,it should build strategic alliances with suppliers to realize scale production and share scale benefit.
