加氢裂化在役高压空冷器翅片管束涡流检测

摘    要:针对炼油加氢高压空冷器翅片管的腐蚀特点,结合远场涡流和常规涡流检测技术能准确检测出在役空冷器翅片管中的缺陷。检测结果和解剖结果的对比表明,该检测方法具有较高的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract:Aimed at the corrosion feature of the air cooler fin tube for high pressure hydrogenation refining,the defects of the air cooler fin tube in service could be accurately detected by the remote field vortex detecting technique combined with the normal vortex one.The detecting method of the air cooler fin tube in service and our detecting results were compared with those from dissection were described.The results showed that the said detecting method is of comparatively higher accuracy and reliability.
