用磷石膏、氯化钾制取无氯钾肥—硫酸钾铵的研究

通过实验研究得出以磷石膏、氯化钾和碳酸氢铵为原料制取硫酸钾铵的方法和工艺条件。流程中包括硫酸铵溶液的制备、硫酸钾铵的合成及副产品氯化钾铵的回收等三个部分。结果表明,此法简单可行,实验的重现性良好,为磷石膏制取无氯钾肥的工业化提供了依据。

Study on the Preparation of the Potassuim FertilizerFree of Chlorine-Potassuim AmmoniumSulfate Made from Phosphogypsium andPotassium Chloride

By using phosphogypsium, potassium chloride and ammonium bicarbonate as raw materials, the methods and technological conditions for preparing potassium ammonium sulfate are obtained by the experimental study. Three parts are included in the flow sheet. They are the preparation of ammonium sulfate solution, the synthesis of potassium ammonium sulfate, and the recovery of potassium ammonium chloride as a by-product. The result has been shown that this process is simple and feasible, the reappearance of experiment is well, and it has been provided as a fundamental for the industrialization of the preparation of the potassium fertilizer free of chlorin made from phosphogypsium.
