| 摘 要： | 应用扫描电子显微镜观察不同pH值相同培养基对金福菇菌丝体大小、锁状个数和表面结构的影响。结果表明：pH值为8处理的金福菇菌丝宽比pH值为6、7处理的金福菇菌丝宽了17.24%和22.30%,差异达极显著水平（P〈0.01）。而金福菇菌丝锁状个数也比pH值为6和7处理的金福菇锁状个数多了75.19%和133.00%,差异达显著和极显著水平（P〈0.05和P〈0.01）。电镜观察显示,不同pH值条件下金福菇菌丝体形态发生明显改变,甚至形态严重改变;有的菌丝体扁和纹饰模糊,表面粘着单核体或堆积花菜状。有的锁状大小均匀,有的干瘪或无纹饰。 |

| Abstract: | The size,lock-shaped number and surface structure of the Trichlolma lobayense Heim mycelium under different PH were observed by the scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the width of mycelium under pH 8 was 17.24% and 22.30% wider than that under pH 6 and pH 7,respectively,with significant difference(P < 0.01).The number of the lock-shaped under pH 8 was 75.19% and 133.00% more than that under pH 6 and pH 7,respectively,with difference or significant difference (P < 0.05 and P < 0.01 ).The my... |
