不同pH值条件下金福菇菌丝体形态的电镜观察

摘    要:应用扫描电子显微镜观察不同pH值相同培养基对金福菇菌丝体大小、锁状个数和表面结构的影响。结果表明:pH值为8处理的金福菇菌丝宽比pH值为6、7处理的金福菇菌丝宽了17.24%和22.30%,差异达极显著水平(P〈0.01)。而金福菇菌丝锁状个数也比pH值为6和7处理的金福菇锁状个数多了75.19%和133.00%,差异达显著和极显著水平(P〈0.05和P〈0.01)。电镜观察显示,不同pH值条件下金福菇菌丝体形态发生明显改变,甚至形态严重改变;有的菌丝体扁和纹饰模糊,表面粘着单核体或堆积花菜状。有的锁状大小均匀,有的干瘪或无纹饰。
