750V车用高压直流继电器的设计和试验

摘    要:针对电动大巴车用继电器电压从DC 440 V提高到DC 750 V的应用特点,设计了一种车用高压直流继电器。以单片机为核心、功率半导体器件IGBT为执行元件,实现了主触头与辅助触头、功率半导体器件的等电位切换。进行了动态转换过程和时序分析,测试了样机功能、通断、寿命。结果表明,高压直流继电器可以实现无电弧切换,避免或减少触头烧损,符合设计要求,性能良好。

Abstract:Aiming at the application characteristic of electric bus relay voltage from DC 440 V to 750 V,a high voltage DC electric vehicle relay was designed.Equal electric potential switching of the main contact,auxiliary contact and the power electronic device was realized by single chip as the core and the power electronic device as execution elements used by this relay.The dynamic conversion process and sequence were analyzed.The tests for samples of fanction,make-and-break and life time were done.The experimental results prove that the relay realizes the function of non-are switching,avoiding or reducing the contact burning loss,and satisfies the design requirement.
