低压断路器瞬态电热分析技术研究

摘    要:研究了低压断路器瞬态电热分析的仿真计算方法,考虑集肤效应导致的电流非均匀分布和表面散热系数,重点分析了触头接触、带镀层导体、接线端以及连接导线或者母排等环节的接入电阻计算和仿真等效建模.利用有限元软件建立了低压断路器大电流短时间加热的瞬态仿真分析模型,分析了导电回路触头和母排温度变化,并用试验验证了该方法是可行的.

Abstract:The method of transient thermal simulation for low voltage circuit breaker was researched-focusing on discussing resistance calcuation and the equivalent mathematic models of contact, electric conductor with cladding material, terminal, and current-carrying wire. Further, using the finite element software, the temperature variation of the contact and current-carrying wire was analyzed by building the transient thermal simulation model for a low voltage circuit breaker with large current in short time. And the experimental results showed that the method is feasible.
