| Abstract: | Looking back to the days of the planning for rebuilding the flooded areas in Jiangxi Province in October 1998,the authors have summed up the main points of making such an emergency plan .Then,they suggest that the thoughts of combining the rebuilding of the residential area with the reconstructing of the community should be carried out in the process of the planning.Finally,they make preliminary explorations of the new contents and some problems in working out the plan for rebuilding the disaster areas. |
