MBBR工艺提升化工废水生化处理能力的应用研究

摘    要:利用流动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)升级改造某化工厂废水处理生化单元的传统工艺“接触氧化与活性污泥”,考察了正常进水时期和高浓度进水时期的MBBR系统出水水质.结果表明:在进水COD质量浓度分别为800-1100mg/L和1100-1500mg/L的条件下,改造后的MBBR生化系统出水COD质量浓度分别小于100mg/L和120mg/L,达到了试验的预期要求.在控制原水COD的条件下,MBBR工艺可以在不增加建筑物的基础上,有效提升化工厂废水生化单元的COD去除能力,稳定达到较高的排放标准.

Abstract:With the aim to enhance the ability of removal of COD and recalcitrance to high organic load shock, active sludge process conventionally used in chemical wastewater treatment has been updated by new process of Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor(MBBR). The results indicate that the effluent quality treated by MBBR is improved and the performance of COD〈100mg/L and 120 mg/L have been obtained under the conditions of influent COD rang from 800-1 100 mg/L and 1 100-1 500mg/L,respectively. The conclusion drawn is that MBBR process is applicable for upgrading present biochemical treatment system of chemical wastewater for high level of COD discharge standard.
