| 摘 要： | 应用冷滚压原理,对异型大螺距螺纹加工,采用冷滚压加工无切屑工艺,取代传统热轧和割丝工艺,为螺纹加工创出一条新路。本文着重介绍异型大螺距螺纹冷滚压的金属塑性变形力与所需冷滚压力的计算以及冷滚压前螺纹毛坯直径的计算。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a new method of screw machining with the princi-ple of cold roiling. The chipless cold rolling technology has been used in place of traditi-onal screw cutting of special long-pitch screw. We emphasize the calculating method of metal deforming force in thecold rolling of special long-pitch screw, the required cold rolling pressureand the diametre of screw blanks before cold rolling. |
