摘    要:叙述用天然泥沙中子活化示踪底沙运动的简单原理,报告了在长江口布点采样,实验室辐照测量及数据处理分析的长江口底沙运动趋向的情况和方法。与放射性示踪法对比,说明本方法安全可靠、实用且节省经费。

Abstract:Neutron activation tracing method of natural sediment for study of the bed_load movement is briefly presented, as well as tracing principle, neutron activation in laboratory, analysis method of measurement data. Samples of natural sediment (bed_load) were taken in North Channel of Changjiang Estuary and treated by neutron activation in laboratory. Through analyzing the contents of elements in the samples of natural sediment, which are treated by neutron activation, the direction of sediment movement is obtained. Comparison of analysis results by using neutron activation method with that of radioactivity tracing method for study of sediment movement in the same region of Changjiang Estuary is in good agreement. The proposed method is economical, practical and reliable, and it does not create the pollution effect in study region of sediment movement. So neutron activation method should be widely used in engineering practice.
