| 摘 要： | 介绍了邯钢400m^2烧结机的试生产情况及对工艺参数的测定和优化。针对燃料粒度偏细且配量大，返矿配入量波动、生石灰供应不足、烧结终点控制不当等问题，逐步采取措施进行调整，使烧结工艺参数得到优化，加 快了达产速度。

| Abstract: | The coarse of trial production and determination and optimization of process parameters of 400m2 sintering machine in Han Steel are introduced. Against the problems: fuel's granularity too small and quantity too large, quantity of return mineral ingredient fluctuant, quick lime not enough, not reasonable end control of sintering etc., various measures were adopted to adjust to optimize the sintering process parameters and speed up the coarse to reach the production target. |
