基于Lab VIEW的智能PID控制器的设计

摘    要:为了使PID控制器在不同工况下有参数自整定能力,在控制器中加入了智能算法。用PCI6014卡的A/D实现给定和反馈的输入,D/A实现控制量的输出,在LabVIEW7.0的软件开发平台上实现PID算法和遗传算法。虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW以其强大的数据处理能力、简单而灵活的编程语言,使得智能算法的实现方便而又灵活,它将数据采集、数据分析处理与显示的功能集中在同一个环境中,可在平台上无缝地集成一套完整的应用方案。仿真结果可见,系统动态过程较平稳,无超调,自适应能力好。

Abstract:Intelligent algorithm is applied in controlling the PID controller in order to enable the system itself to tune in parameter automatically.PCI6014 is used to implement the input of given and feedback and the output of control.The PID algorithm and genetic algorithm also are realized by LabVIEW.The LabVIEW full development system provides tight integration with measurement hardware to facilitate rapid development of data acquisition and analysis,and data presentation solutions.The development of an intelligent PID controller based on LabVIEW is presented in this paper.The simulation shows that the system has good learning and adapting capability.
