摘    要:应用同步辐射X射线荧光微探针技术(SRXRF),观察稀土元素化合物硝酸镧La(NO3)3(浓度为10^-8mol/L)对培养的单个大鼠平滑肌细胞内重要元素分布的影响,获得La(NO3)3作用4h,8h,24h时单个细胞内P,K,Ca,Fe,Cu,Zn,La等元素含量的相对计数。实验中观察到,10^-8mol/L La^3 持续作用后,细胞内K,Ca,Fe,Cu,Zn等元素含量分布发生改变。结果表明,La^3 可能富集在细胞内,影响细胞内某些重要元素含量的分布,可能是引起细胞生理生化变化的机制之一。

Abstract:By using Synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence (SRXRF) micro-probe, the relative levels of intracellular important elements (such as K, Ca, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, La) in single smooth muscle cell of rat under the actions of 10 -8 mol/L La(NO 3) 3 within 4h, 8h and 24h, were detected respectively. The changes of intracellular important elements distribution in single smooth muscle cell were observed. The accumulation of La 3+ in cell, causing the change of intracellular important elements distribution, is one of the mechanisms of biological effect of rare earth element (REE) in cells.
