MACCR-1型改性氯丁胶粘剂的研制

摘    要:介绍了以氯丁胶、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸和氯化聚乙烯为原料进行多元接枝共聚,制备MACCR-1型改性氯丁胶粘剂的方法;讨论了原料组成、溶剂种类及反应条件等因素对接枝共聚反应及产品性能的影响.结果表明,氯化聚乙烯是影响接枝共聚反应的关键因素,适量的氯化聚乙烯能明显加快聚合反应达度、提高转化率、接枝效率和接枝度;配合使用第二接枝单体丙烯酸所制备的胶粘剂具有较高的粘接强度和优良的综合性能.

Abstract:The method of preparation of MACCR - 1 type of modified neoprene adhesive through the graft copolymerization with neoprene, methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid and polyethylene chlkoride as material was introduced. The influence of the various components in material, the class of solvent, the conditions of reaction to graft copolymeization reaction and product properties were discussed. The experments indicated that polyethylene chloride was most important factor to influence the graft copolymeerization. Proper quantity polyethylene chloride could evidently quicken the rate of polymerization, increase the rate of incersion, the efficiency of graft and the degree of graft. Using acrylic acid as the second graft monomer, adhesive would have strenger bonding strongth and better comprehensive properties.
