Abstract:As an important part of large thermal power plants in China,air preheater's efficient and stable operation is of great significance for thermal power units.At present,most thermal power units in China are of air preheater blockage,which seriously affects the safety and economic operation of boilers.Therefore,based on the research on the soot blowing transformation of the Ljungstrom trisector air preheater for 660 MW unit of Baoqing Power Plant,this article makes a comparative analysis on the change of differential pressure before and after soot blowing transformation of air preheater under variable working conditions,and studies the flue gas side differential pressure of air preheater with soot blowing time variation under set con⁃dition,verifies the effectiveness of soot blowing transformation of air preheater,and ensures the efficient and reliable operation of the unit.
