水平井泵挂加深方法研究与应用

摘    要:为了避免油井抽油杆偏磨,水平井抽油泵主要下在直井段,然而抽油泵普遍存在下泵浅,油井产能无法发挥的问题。为此,开展水平井抽油泵泵挂加深方法研究非常必要。通过理论计算井斜角与凡尔关闭时间,确定抽油泵泵深对井斜角的适应性。通过理论计算给出水平井抽油杆扶正器优化结果,为水平井防止偏磨措施提供了理论支撑。通过开展导向泵试验和常规泵加深试验,降低了井底流压,有效提高了试验井产量,共创经济效益199.1万元。

Research and Application on the Horizontal Well Hanger Deepening Method

Abstract:In order to avoid eccentric wear,the horizontal well pump is mainly located in the vertical well section.Therefore,the pump is generally located shallow,oil well productivity cannot play maximally.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the method of horizontal well pump hanger deepening.In this paper,the adaptability of pump to borehole inclination Angle is determined by theoretical calculation of borehole inclination Angle and Verr closing time.The optimization results of sucker rod centralizer in horizontal Wells are given through theoretical calculation,which provides theoretical support for the measures to prevent deviated wear in horizontal Wells.In the field,the pilot pump test and conventional pump deepen test were carried out,which reduced the bottomhole flow pressure and effectively increased the production of the test well,creating economic benefits of 199.1 million yuan.
