大数据分析在安全生产中的应用

摘    要:对处于开发中后期的油田,地面设施事故成为导致油田非计划停产的主要原因,围绕事故发生原因进行大数据分析并提出解决方案,是各相关部门的日常工作重心。通过分析现有的非计划损失统计数据来避免今后类似的风险发生,对于减少产量损失和进行安全生产管理具有重大意义。分析需要首先抽取数据,进行数据预处理,然后进一步进行数据挖掘,确定高事故站和高损失原因,对高事故站进行连续4年事故趋势分析,并对各站主要事故原因提出针对性解决方案,作为各部门下一年度计划的支持。

Abstract:For oil fields in the middle and late period of development,surface facility accidents have become the main reason for unplanned production of oil fields.It is the daily work focus of all relevant departments to analyze the causes of accidents and propose solutions.It is of great significance to reduce production loss and manage production safety by analyzing the existing statistics of unplanned loss to avoid similar risks in the future.The analysis requires data extraction,data preprocessing,and further data mining to determine the causes of high accident stations and high losses.The accident trend analysis of high accident stations for four consecutive years is carried out,and targeted solutions to the main accident causes of each station are put forward as the support for the next year's plans of each department.
