摘    要:中石油乌鲁木齐石化公司1.5 Mt/a蜡油加氢装置设计年开工时数8 400 h,主要是以减压蜡油和焦化蜡油为原料,在高温高压和氢气以及催化剂的作用下脱除原料中的硫、氮等杂质,改进烃的分子结构,提高蜡油中的氢含量,为催化裂化装置提供优质原料,同时副产一部分柴油和石脑油。2016年8月1.5 Mt/a蜡油加氢装置检修完毕后按蜡油加工方案运行,运行初期综合能耗较高。主要对1.5 Mt/a蜡油加氢装置的能耗组成以及影响能耗的因素进行了分析,通过优化操作、完善技术管理、采取技术改造等措施,将装置综合能耗从18.65 kg/t(标油)降低到12.93 kg/t(标油),增加经济效益1 198.24元/h。

Abstract:The 1.5Mt/a gas oil hydrotreating unit of PetroChina Urumqi Petrochemical Company is designed to operate for 8400 hours per year.It mainly uses vacuum gas oil and coker gas oil as raw materials to remove sulfur,nitrogen and other impurities in the feedstock under the action of high temperature and high pressure,hydrogen and catalyst,improve the molecular structure of hydrocarbons and increase the hydrogen content in the gas oil,so as to provide high-quality raw materials for the catalytic cracking unit and a part of by-product Diesel and naphtha.In August 2016,the 1.5 Mt/a wax oil hydrotreating unit was operated according to the wax oil processing scheme after maintenance,and the comprehensive energy consumption was high at the initial stage of operation.This paper mainly analyzes the energy consumption composition of 1.5 Mt/a wax oil hydrotreating unit and the factors affecting the energy consumption.The comprehensive energy consumption of the unit was reduced from 18.65 kg/t(standard oil)to 12.93 kg/t(standard oil)through optimizing operation,improving technical management and adopting technical transformation.Increase economic benefit 1198.24 yuan/h.
