Exploration and Practice of Intelligent Construction of Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.

CHN Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.has been carrying out exploration and practice of coal mine intelligent construction for a long time,forming a new intelligent production mode of mining,auxil?iary production,coal washing and processing with unmanned operation as the core,constructing a digital oper?ation system of"operation control+performance management"with daily closing as the core,and building an in?telligent management platform of"production execution+safety awareness"with safety management as the core.In terms of achievements of intelligent construction of coal mine,Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.has built 23 intelligent fully mechanized working faces,has summed up four kinds of fully mechanized mining equip?ment and the ideas and practical experience of intelligent fully mechanized mining construction,has put for?ward the idea of"trinity"of intelligent main coal flow transportation system,and has independently completed the intelligent upgrade and transformation of coal preparation plant,which reduces the number of workers by more than 50%,completes the demonstration application of intelligent mine construction in Jinjiaqu,Jinfeng,Qingshuiying coal mines,and achieves the construction goal of"few people,no people"in the mine.It is planned to fully build the first batch of national intelligent demonstration coal mines including Jinfeng,Zao?quan,Hongliu by 2022.By summarizing and analyzing the exploration and practical experience of intelligent construction of coal mine over the years,Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.puts forward the scheme and main technical route of implementing intelligent construction by systems,and puts forward the guarantee measures of intelligent construction of coal mine from four aspects of"human,machine,environment and management".
