套管加厚对套损的影响分析

摘    要:随着江苏油田生产时间的不断延长,开发方案的不断调整,钻井施工、强化采油措施和修井作业的实施,导致了油水井套管状况逐渐变差、损坏。通过对A、B、C三个重点套损区块相应年份所有投产井的统计分计,发现截止到2016年12月份,B、C区块取得很好的效果。自2014年以来,全面采用加厚套管,套损率大幅降低,B区块节约修井投资600万,C区块节约修井投资960万。

The Impact Analysis of Casing Thickening on Casing Damage

Abstract:As the production time of Jiangsu Oilfield is extended,the continuous adjustment of the development party case,the drilling construction,the strengthening of the oil production measures and the implementation of the work-up work,led to the gradual deterioration and damage of the oil and water well casing.All Wells put into production in the three key casing loss blocks A,B and C in corresponding years were counted statistically,as of December 2016,Blocks B and C have achieved good results.With The use of casing thickening since 2014,block B has saved 6 million in workover investment,and block C has saved 9.6 million in workover investment.
