| Abstract: | Basing on the architecture prototype, this paper expounds the characteristics of material, structure, and construction of residence in northern Guangxi with tectonic theory. Meanwhile, it analyzes that form is not the aim but the result of construction, and puts forward that we should understand the building with architectural logic. |
