摘    要:对甘肃省境内工业污染或碳化地区、自重湿陷性黄土湿陷变形地区、干湿循环地区、冻融循环地区、盐渍土侵蚀地区的11座变电站建构筑物的混凝土破坏情况进行了调研,并通过试验分析获得与混凝土耐久性相关的各项技术指标。结果表明:地基土及地下水中的金属、非金属离子浓度均有不同程度的超标,严重影响了混凝土工程的使用寿命,从宏观上表现为混凝土表面出现裂缝、剥落、破损。针对上述问题,根据不同地质条件提出了相关的防治和补救措施,可为甘肃省境内高寒恶劣环境条件下变电站建构筑物耐久性的评价提供理论依据和技术支持。

Abstract:The concrete damage of 11 substations are investigated in industrial pollution or carbonization area, self weight collapse loess area, dry-wet cycling area, freeze-thaw cycles area or saline soil erosion area of Guizhou Province, and the technical indices of concrete durability are obtained through tests and analysis. The results show that both the concentration of metal ion and nonmetallic ion in foundation soil and groundwater exceed standards in different degrees, which have serious impact on the service life of concrete engineering, presenting as the phenomena of crack, sapling or damage on concrete surface, from the point of macroscopic view. According to the different geological conditions, some relevant prevention and remedial measures are proposed. The research results can provide theory basis and technical support for the evaluation of concrete durability of substations under alpine environment condition in Gansu Province.
