化学镀法制备单钯汽车尾气净化催化剂

摘    要:首次采用化学镀法制备出单钯汽车尾气催化剂,通过XRD和TEM等分析技术对催化剂的结构和表面形貌进行了表征,在模拟汽车尾气净化催化装置上初步研究了其催化效果,并与传统浸渍法所制备的催化剂进行性能对比。结果表明,化学镀法可以实现纳米钯微晶颗粒在助剂涂层上的均匀负载,并且省去了传统制备方法中的高温还原活化步骤,催化剂的催化性能也优于传统浸渍法所得催化剂的催化性能。

Abstract:Pd-only automotive catalyst was prepared by electroless plating method and characterized by XRD and TEM.Its catalytic behaviors were compared with that of the catalyst prepared by traditional impregnation method.The results showed that nanoparticles of Pd were obtained and dispersed symmetrically over coating of the additives;catalytic properties of the catalyst prepared by electroless plating were superior to that of the catalyst prepared by impregnation.
