单级与两级阀控制的高压共轨喷油器性能对比分析

摘    要:高压共轨式电控喷油系统是一种综合性能比较好的柴油机喷油系统。本文应用流体动力分析软件FLOWMASTER,对高压共轨式电控喷油系统应用的、由单级高速电磁阀控制的喷油器和由两级阀控制(先导阀为高速电磁阀,主阀为液动两位三通锥阀)的喷油器进行了喷油性能对比分析,初步探索了它们之间的异同。

Abstract:The high-pressure common rail electronically controlled fuel injection system is a kind of the well-performance diesel injection system in general. Using fluid dynamic analyzing software FLOWMASTER, author compares the fuel injection performance of the fuel injector controlled by single stage high speed electro-magnetic valve and the fuel injector controlled by two stages electro-magnetic valve (which uses a high speed electro-magnetic valve as a pilot valve, and two position three port poppet valve as main valve) in high-pressure common rail electronically controlled fuel injection system's application, and analyzes the similarity and difference between these two injectors.
