| 摘 要： | 半固态加工是在液固相区进行的一种新型加工方法，它的始组织即半固态加工浆料为悬浮于液相中的细小等轴的非枝晶组织，研究了在液相线温铸造２６１８铝合金获得此种组织的方法，结果得到了完全由细小，等轴晶粒组织的无柱状晶区的铸锭，该组织在再加热到半固态时仍基本保持稳定。

| Abstract: | Semi-solid processing is a new method proceeding between solidus and liquidus over convertional casting and forging. Fine, equiaxed, and nondendritic grains of primary microstructure were needed. In the paper, a method to attain this kind of microstruture by controlling the casting temperature, i.e liquidus casting, was described. The ingots with fine, equiaxed grains and with no columnar zones were obtained and this kind of microstructure can keep stable even if it was heated to semi-solid again. |
