连通孔泡沫铝材料的研究

摘    要:采用渗流铸造法制作连通孔隙泡沫铝材料,即在压力作用下使熔融铝渗入食盐预制模的孔隙中,冷凝后再用水浸出食盐。研究了制作的工艺条件,测定材料的密度、透气度和除尘效率等性能。

Abstract:A kind of foaming aluminum material with communicating pores was studied.The foaming aluminium samples were made with infiltration cast method.Molten aluminium infiltrated salt frameworkunder a certain pressure.Then the salt was leached out with water.The density,ventilation rate of gas and excluding dust efficiency of the foaming aluminium samples were measured.
