| 摘 要： | 由于装机水平落后，辅助设备不配套，借鉴国外重型挤压机制造和生产的成功经验，对我国唯一的一台80MN挤压机进行技术改造和设备配套是非常必要的。较详细地介绍了国外大断面型材生产工艺特点，重型挤压生产线设备的性能，并根据80MN挤压生产线的特点提出了生产工艺和生产设备的技术改造方案。
