摘    要:爆炸场冲击波压力是衡量武器弹药毁伤威力的重要战技指标。针对冲击波压力测量及其传感器技术存在的问题,以压电式压力传感器为主,从爆炸场冲击波压力测量方法、压力传感器技术和压力校准技术等多个方向总结分析了国内外研究现状及发展趋势。介绍了常用冲击波压力传感器的特点以及结构特征,对比得出了国内外在冲击波压力传感器技术领域的差距,明确了传感器技术的发展方向。概述了冲击波压力传感器的校准方法,并分析各校准方法的不足,有助于推动我国新型战斗部的发展研制。

Status Analysis of Shock Wave Pressure Measurement and Sensor Technology in Explosion Field
Abstract:The shock wave pressure of the explosion field is an important war technical index to evaluate the damage power of weapons and ammunition.Aiming at the problems existing in shock wave pressure measurement and its sensor technology,focusing on the piezoelectric pressure sensor,the research status and development trend at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed from multiple directions such as the shock wave pressure measurement method of the explosion field,pressure sensor technology and pressure calibration technology.The characteristics and structural features of commonly used shock wave pressure sensors are introduced,the gap between domestic and foreign technology in the field of shock wave pressure sensor is obtained,the development direction of sensor technology is clarified,the main shock wave pressure sensor calibration methods are summarized,and the deficiencies of each calibration method are analyzed,which is helpful to promote the development of new warheads in China.
