| 摘 要： | 大跨度先张法预应力混凝土双T板具有跨度大、结构性能好、成本低、整体性好等特点,被广泛应用于工业建筑。结合实际工程,介绍了大跨度双T板的生产工艺,并重点阐述了钢绞线张拉、预应力控制、混凝土浇筑和养护工艺,可为大跨度双T板的生产应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Large-span pre-tensioned prestressed concrete double-T slabs have the advantages of large span,good structural performance,low cost,good integrity and are widely used in the industrial buildings.Combined with the practical engineering,the production technology of the double-T slab is introduced,and the steel strand tension,prestress control,concrete pouring and maintenance technology are described in detail,which can provide a reference for the production and application of long-span double-T slabs. |
