摘    要:某飞机环控增加蒸发制冷式辅助冷却系统(简称辅冷系统),对多个厨房、大功率电子设备以及设备舱进行冷却。为了对综合模块化航空电子系统(IMA)驻留应用进行硬件在环(HIL)测试验证,开展辅冷系统实时仿真模型研究。在对辅冷系统冷凝器等关键部件的建模原理进行数学描述后,利用MATLAB/Simulink进行部件建模与仿真分析,并根据建模框架对辅冷系统模型进行集成与仿真,最后将模型下载到实时机对IMA应用进行HIL测试。仿真与测试结果表明,制冷剂工作压焓曲线满足要求,辅冷系统模型仿真误差满足要求,可以对IMA应用进行实时的仿真验证。首次利用模型开展制冷剂在关键部件的工作压焓曲线以及飞机辅冷全系统的HIL测试研究,该研究对制冷领域的系统级实时仿真验证具有参考意义。

Real-Time Verification Model for IMA Application of an Aircraft Auxiliary Cooling System
Abstract:An aircraft environmental control system adds an evaporative refrigeration auxiliary cooling system to cool a number of kitchens,high-power electronic equipment and equipment cabins.In order to carry out hardware in-the-loop (HIL) test and verification for integrated modular avionics (IMA) applications,a real-time simulation model of auxiliary cooling system is studied.After the mathematical description of the modeling principle of the condenser and other key components of the auxiliary cooling system,MATLAB/Simulink is used for component modeling and simulation analysis,and the auxiliary cooling system model is integrated and simulated according to the modeling framework.Finally,the model is downloaded to the real-time computer for HIL test of IMA application.The simulation and test results show that the working pressure enthalpy curve of refrigerant meets the requirements,and the simulation error of auxiliary cooling system model meets the requirements,which can be used for real-time simulation verification of IMA application.The working pressure enthalpy curve of refrigerant in key components and HIL test of aircraft auxiliary cooling system are carried out by using the model for the first time.This research has reference significance in system level real-time simulation verification in the refrigeration field.
