环氧树脂改性碱矿渣修补砂浆的耐久性研究

摘    要:通过掺加环氧树脂对碱矿渣砂浆进行增强改性,制备了环氧改性碱矿渣修补砂浆。在此基础上,试验研究了不同聚灰比对改性砂浆收缩性能、毛细吸水及氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明,环氧树脂对碱矿渣砂浆的收缩性能有明显的改善效果,随着聚灰比的增加,砂浆收缩率降低幅度越大。吸水系数及氯离子扩散系数都随着聚灰比的增加呈现先下降后回升的趋势,其中,氯离子扩散系数最低可以降低30%~40%。

Abstract:Epoxy resin-modified repair mortars were prepared by adding epoxy resin in alkali-activated slag mortar.Then the effects of different poly-binder ratios on the shrinkage properties,capillary water absorption and chloride permeability of the modified mortar were investigated.The results show that the epoxy resin has a significant improvement effect on the shrinkage performance of the alkali-activated mortar.The shrinkage rate of the modified mortar decreases as poly-binder ratios increases.Both the water absorption coefficient and the chloride diffusion coefficient show a trend of decreasing first and then increasing with the increase of poly-binder ratios,and the chloride diffusion coefficient can be reduced by 30%~40%at the lowest.
