摘    要:建立了用于确定焊接接头断裂韧度JⅠC统计分析函数的蒙特卡罗模拟方法。对316L奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头JⅠC的统计分布函数进行了统计模拟,结果表明,JⅠC的最佳拟合分布为威布尔分布。分析了样本数量对蒙特卡罗模拟结果的影响。

Monte Carlo Simulation for the Statistics Distribution Function of Fracture Toughness JⅠC of Welded Joint

Abstract:A Monte Carlo simulation method was set up for determining the statistics distribution function of fracture toughness JⅠC of welded joint. The statistics distribution function of 316L austenitic stainless steel welded joint JⅠC was obtained by the method. The results shows that the optimal goodness of fit distribution of the JⅠC is a Weibull distribution. The effects of sampling number on results of Monte Carlo simulation were discussed.
