摘    要:针对一维测头测量弧齿锥齿轮存在的测量效率低以及测量大螺旋角齿轮存在较大原理性误差的问题,研究了基于三维扫描式测头的弧齿锥齿轮齿形及齿距测量方法。首先,建立了在齿轮测量中心坐标系下的弧齿锥齿轮理论测量模型;其次,根据已建立的理论测量模型规划了齿形及齿距测量路径;进一步,根据三维扫描式测头特点建立数学表达式对齿形和齿距测量点数据进行分析处理,得到齿形及齿距偏差值;最后,进行弧齿锥齿轮齿形及齿距测量实验。实验表明,三维扫描式测头测量弧齿锥齿轮可简化测量操作,提高测量效率及准确性。

Abstract:Aiming at the low measuring efficiency and large theoretical error for spiral bevel gear measuring using one-dimensional probe, the method of flank and pitch deviation measuring of spiral bevel gear based on three-dimensional scanning probe is investigated. Firstly, the theoretical measurement model of spiral bevel gear in the coordinate system of gear measurement center is established. Secondly, the measuring path of flank and pitch is planned according to the established measurement model. Furthermore, according to the characteristics of three-dimensional scanning probe, the mathematical expression is deduced to analyze and process the data of tooth form and tooth pitch measurement points, and the tooth form and tooth pitch deviation are obtained. Finally, the spiral bevel gear tooth form and tooth pitch measurement experiment is carried out, showing that using the three-dimensional scanning probe the measuring operation is simplified and the measurement efficiency and accuracy are improved.
