摘    要:齿轮是机械产品中重要的基础元件,其运动精度直接影响整个装备的品质和可靠性。影响齿轮传动精度的因素包括齿轮的制造、装配误差和外部载荷,这些因素均具有随机性,因此,在不确定性设计理论下对齿轮传动运动精度进行可靠性分析与设计是提高齿轮运动精度的一种重要途径。为开展齿轮传动运动精度可靠性分析,首先,建立考虑传动误差激励、刚度激励和外部载荷等作用下的扭转振动模型,然后,在基于4阶龙格库塔法求解的基础上采用BP神经网络建立动力学系统的输入输出关系模型,并以该BP网络模型建立齿轮传动系统的运动精度可靠性模型,最后,采用1阶可靠性方法(FORM)对传动系统的运动精度可靠性进行分析。研究表明,制造与装配误差对传动系统的运动精度可靠性影响最大,设计制造时应予以充分考虑。

Abstract:Gears are important components of mechanical products and its motion accuracy directly affects the quality and reliability of machinery. The influence factors of gear transmission accuracy include gear manufacturing,assembly errors and external loads,all of which are stochastic. Therefore,it is an important way to improve the motion accuracy of gear transmission by reliability analysis and design under the uncertainty design theory. In order to carry out reliability analysis of gear transmission accuracy,a torsional vibration model of a pair of gear is established with transmission error excitation,stiffness excitation and external load. Then,the four order Runge-Kutta method is used to solve the dynamic response of gear transmission,BP neural network is applied to build the input-output relationship model of dynamic system and motion accuracy reliability model of gear transmission system is then created. Finally,the first-order reliability method(FORM)is used to solve the motion reliability of the transmission system. The results show that the manufacturing and assembly errors are important factors affecting the reliability of the kinematic accuracy of the driving mechanism,which should be fully considered in the design and manufacture of gears.
