矿山井下紧急避险系统关键技术研究

摘    要:矿山井下紧急避险系统作为安全避险“六大系统”的重要组成部分,研究其关键技术具有重要意义。以会泽分公司避难硐室建设为例,在对矿山紧急避难路线进行三维设计的基础上,根据额定人员及国家规范对避难硐室内部结构、尺寸及断面形状进行了设计,并对避难硐室内部关键子系统如供氧系统、监测监控系统、压风自救系统和环境控制系统等系统的关键技术进行了研究。结果表明:该系统设计规范、安全可靠、经济适用,可为矿山井下紧急避险系统建设提供指导。

Abstract:As an important part of the refuge "six systems",it is significant to study the key technique of mine emergency refuge system.Taking Huize Branch Company's refuge chamber as an example,on the basis of the design on mine emergency refuge route,and according to the rated staff and national norms,the internal structure,size and shape of refuge chamber are designed.And,the key techniques of internal key subsystems in the refuge chamber such as the oxygen supply system,monitoring system,air pressure self-help system,environment control system and other systems are discussed.The research results show that the system is standard,safe and reliable,affordable,and it can provide guidance for the construction of underground mine emergency system.
