痕量铀分析自动预处理装置的研制

摘    要:复杂体系中的痕量铀分析常采用时间分辨荧光法,但共存离子干扰严重必须进行样品预处理。目前采用的溶剂萃取法分析速度慢,平均样品分析速度每个40min。本工作依据纤维浸泡式样品预处理路线研制了一台用于痕量铀样品预处理的自动化装置,使用该装置预处理样品后测量,分析速度提高到每小时5个以上,且人工的工作量很少,特别适合大批量样品分析。

Abstract:Time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) method is most often used to analyze trace uranium in complex matrix. But the accuracy of measurement is not very good because of the existence of some interfering ions, so sample pretreatment is needed. Solvent extraction method is mainly used currently, which has slow analysis speed (40 min for each sample). For fast and accurate determination of UO2+2, a sample automatic pretreatment equipment that can eliminate the influences is developed, which can meet the demand of the trace uranium analysis in complex systems. The equipment can greatly improve the analysis speed -(5 samples per hour), saving the cost of human resource.
