电动汽车两挡变速器柔性化建模与仿真研究

摘    要:考虑到电动汽车的驾乘体验和舒适性,要求其传动系统在行驶过程应具备良好的工作性能。以某型纯电动汽车为依据,对其两挡变速器进行结构分析和动力系统计算,并设计了基于Adams/View的传动系统柔性化仿真模型。利用Step函数构建不同挡位下的电动机驱动速度,以0~50 km/h和50~80 km/h加速区间为仿真工况,计算、分析和比较了变速器在Ⅰ挡、Ⅱ挡状态下的运动学特性及轴端冲击载荷,验证了两挡变速器的动力传递过程和变速性能。通过模态分析和零阶寻优算法实现了输入轴的动力学优化,有效增强了传动系统的动态稳定性。为新能源汽车变速系统动态设计与性能研究提供了技术参考。

Abstract:Because of driving experience and comfort of electric vehicle,the working performance of its dive system must be well in the diving process. Structural analysis and dynamical system calculating of a two speed transmission are carried out,which based on a certain type of electric vehicle,and the flexible simulation model of the transmission system is designed and established based on Adams/View platform. The dive speed of electromotor in different gears is constructed by using Step function,and in the simulation conditions of 0~50 km/h and 50~80 km/h speed range,the kinematics characteristics and impact load on axle head which under first gear and second gear are calculated,analyzed and compared,on the basis of the results,the driving transfer process and variable speed performance of the transmission are verified. The dynamics optimization of input axis is carried out by modal analysis and zero order optimization algorithm,and then dynamic stability of the transmission system is enhanced effectively. All of above provide some technical reference for dynamic design and performance study of new energy vehicle transmission system.
