基于冷滚压工艺的谐波减速器柔轮疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:依据冷滚压工艺产生的初始残余压应力对裂纹萌生,裂纹扩展的抑制机理,以冷滚压谐波减速器柔轮为研究对象,采用SWT方法和断裂力学理论对冷滚压柔轮分别进行裂纹萌生寿命、裂纹扩展寿命理论分析,并运用疲劳分析软件nCode Design-Life仿真分析进行相互验证。结果表明,冷滚压柔轮疲劳寿命在各阶段均优于机加工柔轮,能够有效延长谐波减速器使用寿命,验证了柔轮冷滚压工艺的优越性,并对延长柔轮的使用寿命提供了参考价值。

Abstract:According to the inhibitory effect of initial residual stress produced by cold rolling process on crack initiation and crack propagation,taking the cold rolling flexspline of harmonic reducer as the research object,the SWT method and fracture mechanics theory are used to carry out theoretical analysis of crack initiation life and crack propagation life of cold rolling flexspline respectively,and the verification of each other is carried out by using the simulation analysis of the fatigue analysis software nCode Design-Life.The results show that the fatigue life of cold rolling flexspline are better than the machining flexspline in various stages,and the working life of the harmonic reducer is prolonged.The research results verify the advantages of cold rolling process of flexspline,and have important reference value for improving the performance of flexspline.
