摘    要:采用二步聚合工艺,在固体钽电解电容器阳极体上被覆具有高电导率、热稳定性好的导电聚合物PEDT(聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)取代了MnO2阴极层,研究了工艺参数对电容器性能的影响。结果显示:电容器的tanδ和Res随聚合温度增加而增加;低含量的氧化剂(质量分数20%)有较好容量引出效果,高含量的氧化剂(对甲基苯磺酸铁正丁醇溶液)(40%)可以有效增加电容器外层聚合物的沉积。

Abstract:PEDT conductive polymer poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene] with high conductivity and good temperature stability was used as polymer cathode coating prepared on Ta anode of solid tantalum electrolytic capacitor by using two-step polymerization process for replacing conventional MnO2.The influence of two-step polymerization on capacitor performance was discussed. The results show that tanδ and Res values increase with increasing of polymerization temperature. Oxidizer with low content (20%, mass fraction) yield better capacitance recovery while oxidizer with high content (40%) can effectively add deposition thickness of polymer on outer surface of tantalum capacitor.
