稠油非牛顿渗流的数值模拟研究

摘    要:方法 根据稠油在地下的非牛顿渗流特性 ,建立相应的热采数值模型 ,并利用数值模拟方法分析稠油渗流特征。目的 分析稠油非牛顿渗流特性对稠油开发效果的影响。结果 当压力梯度大于初始压力梯度时 ,稠油才开始流动 ,初始压力梯度不但与稠油性质有关 ,而且与油藏孔隙度、渗透率有关 ;初始压力梯度与日产油量成反比 ;初始压力梯度越大 ,经济效益越差 ,蒸汽驱采收率越小。结论 通过数值模拟计算 ,认为蒸汽驱应选择较低的初始压力梯度 ,才会取得较好的开发效果。

Abstract:Method Corresponding numerical model for thermal recovery is established according to nonNewtonian percolation characteristics of heavy oil underground. And percolation characteristics of heavy oil are analyzed using this model. Purpose To analyze how nonNewtonian percolation of heavy oil affects its development. Result Heavy oil does not start to flow before pressure gradient exceeds initial pressure gradient. Besides, initial pressure gradient is not only related with heavy oil properties, but also with reservoir porosity and permeability; and it is in converse proportion to daily oil production. the greater initial pressure gradient is, the less is the economic result and recovery of steam drive. Conclusion Through numerical simulation, it is believed that only steam drive begins with possible gentle initial pressure gradient will obtain desirable development result. ;
